Commander Syrax

Commander Syrax is a high-ranking Zoah soldier, encountered by Sonic and friends during Chapter 8 of Sonic Chronicles: The Dark Brotherhood. Syrax holds the somewhat bombastic rank of "High Dictator of the Fifth Rampager Legion", and is the one who ambushes the team as they attempt to expropriate the Zoah's ill-gotten Chaos Emerald. The Commander is then nominated by the Zoah leader, General Raxos, to fight Sonic as a test of the heroes' strength - and seems to take particular relish in the beating he believes that he will hand down to the hedgehog. Needless to say, Sonic dispatches Syrax without too much hassle.
