Cloud Sanctuary is the sixth and final level of Sonic Boom: Shattered Crystal.
This level is similar to the Sky Citadel from Sonic Boom: Rise of Lyric.

| Armorillo — Hovers in place and fires homing shots. | |
| Slynko — Moves around on floors and ceilings, attacks by shooting lasers. | |
| Wrecks — Attacks by firing rockets. Will also drop a bomb. |
