Cheat Codes

These are cheat codes for Sonic Mega Collection which can be accessed by inputting button sequences or by various other methods.

Cheat Codes

  • The Ooze: Go to Options mode, and press Up L Down R Up Z Down L Up R Down Z (Japanese Version Only).
  • Comix Zone: Go to Manual mode and press Z Z Z Up Up Up Down Down Down L R and Z (Japanese Version Only).
  • Unlock Sonic 1 REV00: Go to the Sonic 1 info screen and press Up Z Down Z L Z R Z.
  • Unlock Sonic 1 REV01 + spike bug fix: Go to the Sonic 1 info screen and press Z Z Z Z Z Z Up Down L R.

Unlockables

  • Blue Sphere: Play Sonic the Hedgehog and Sonic 3d Blast 20 times each or have a Phantasy Star Online Episode I & II save file on your memory card.
  • Flicky: Play Dr Robotnik's Mean Bean Machine 30 times or have a Sonic Adventure 2 Battle save file on your memory card.
  • Sonic 2 & Knuckles: Play Sonic the Hedgehog 2 and Sonic Spinball 20 times each.
  • Sonic 3 & Knuckles: Play Sonic the Hedgehog 3 and Sonic & Knuckles 20 times each.
  • Ristar: Play Blue Sphere, Knuckles in Sonic 2, Sonic 3 and Knuckles, and Flicky 30 times each.
