Strictly speaking, these episodes should be listed under their English titles because it's an English wiki.
So the very first episode should really be "Chaos Control Freaks".
If we desperately need to be inconsistent and use the Japanese title... then it should be "超音速ヒーロー登場！", or "Chou Onsoku Hirou Toujou!". "Enter the Supersonic Hero!" is a literal translation of the Japanese and isn't technically correct.
They also may need to be prefixed with "Episode XX", e.g., "Episode 1: Chaos Control Freaks". That might also help on the wiki side of things, since then you can easily find what episode 35 is without having to take the Japanese and roughly translate it into English.
