Level Names

I do like the changes you all have made to the cliches...but one thing is bugging me. Why do the level and game names look squished together like that, and is that fixable? -RGamer2009 05:05, 9 August 2010 (UTC)

Which browser are you using, and can you post a screenshot? It's probably not supposed to look that way. --PicklePower 11:15, 9 August 2010 (UTC)
I am using Chrome..but for some reason it seems to have corrected itself. I'll let you know if it happens again. --RGamer2009 20:46, 9 August 2010 (UTC)
With the latest version of Chrome, the level names seem to have lost the black box under their names, and is just the text. The pictures also seem to overlap the game names. --RGamer2009 16:20, 16 August 2010 (CDT)
It's in any browser. I'm assuming that with the update of the new MediaWiki came something that blocks inline CSS in pages, because it's all getting replaced with /* insecure input */. The styles will need to be incorporated into a stylesheet in order for it to work. Mediawiki:Common.css looks like it's not included in the skin, so I can't add them myself. --PicklePower 07:10, 26 August 2010 (CDT)
This is still broken? Will anyone fix it? --RGamer2009 14:46, 23 September 2010 (CDT)
Yeah...something's wonky with the CSS being filtered out after the page is saved. I think it started happening after something got upgraded. Can't add a class without it getting filtered, I believe. --PicklePower 22:56, 23 September 2010 (CDT)
Hey, I see that it is fixed now! One more issue though, It is kinda hard to read dark blue words on a black background...--RGamer2009 00:48, 2 October 2010 (CDT)
This is an issue with Template:LevelGallery. The best way to solve this would be to incorporate a class into the skin-specific CSS (admin help please?):

For "rusted2" and and "RustedCopper":

.levelGalleryText {background:#000}

For "retroblue2" and and "Retro":

.levelGalleryText {background:#fff}

Sonic Adventure 2 not being added?

For some reason, Sonic Adventure 2's levels aren't being added to the lists, even with the correct theme being shown! --RGamer2009 21:59, 26 August 2010 (CDT)

That's because they use a different template to organize level information. I'm planning to fix it some day, probably by making LevelBob more robust. --PicklePower 05:54, 27 August 2010 (CDT)
This is fixed btw. --PicklePower 21:40, 4 October 2010 (CDT)

Shadow the Hedgehog Issues

I have been noticing a trend. Some levels from Shadow the Hedgehog have mismatched names and pictures in level themes, linking the level in the category to two levels. --RGamer2009 16:12, 4 October 2010 (CDT)

Can you provide an example of one? I also notice that a number of levels don't use Template:LevelBob, which is required to make any of this categorization with Template:LevelGallery work. --PicklePower 21:40, 4 October 2010 (CDT)
In the Outer Space theme, a Shadow the Hedgehog level, The Ark, says Glyphic Canyon. --RGamer2009 22:27, 4 October 2010 (CDT)
It had the wrong name in the template. --PicklePower 22:59, 4 October 2010 (CDT)
This isn't a systemic error, by the way. It's all exclusively my fault. I make the Shadow level pages with liberal use of copypasta and I often forget to namechange. T_T Frozen Nitrogen (Talk) 20:00, 6 October 2010 (CDT)

Cyberspace theme?

Shall I go ahead and create a new category for levels that incorporate cyberspace themes such as Electric Egg Zone, Techno Base, Cyber Track and Mad Matrix? Such levels have been left category-less for who knows how long. --BSonirachi (talk) 12:49, 16 December 2017 (CST)
