Bu-bu (ブーブー)[1] is a pig-like Badnik that appears in Sonic Advance 3. It is designed after a piggy bank, and its name is Japanese for "oink".
They appear only in Toy Kingdom, where they simply scoot back and forth without directly attacking the player in any way. However, should the player take damage and drop their Rings near a Bu-bu, all of the lost Rings will be sucked into the Bu-bu and will become impossible to regain if the player does not destroy it fast enough.
