Amy Palant.

Amy Palant is the voice actor for Miles "Tails" Prower in Sonic X, Sonic Rush, Shadow the Hedgehog, Sonic Riders and Sonic Unleashed. She also plays Omochao in Sonic Riders. She replaced William Corkery as the voice of Tails after 4Kids Entertainment obtained the rights of dubbing the games. She was replaced by Kate Higgins in 2010.
