==Personal Life==
 
Alex Tirrell is a recent graduate of Rhode Island College with a BA in Music, having studied voice, piano, jazz, and musical theatre. A versatile musician, Alex has a strong background as a music director, keyboardist and singer, as well as experience in technology–audio engineering and video editing.
 
 
An avid music director for the past eight years, Alex has worked on many local and regional productions in the New England area, including the world premieres of The Clockwork Waltz and Nightsong, regional premieres of Les Miserables, Dirty Rotten Scoundrels, and Rhode Island premieres of RENT and 13.
 
 
Recent projects include The Threepenny Opera with Trinity Rep/Brown Consortium and he soon will be starting Hair with New Bedford Festival Theatre.
 
 
When not working in theatre, Alex is keyboardist/vocalist for the award winning pop/rock band Shryne.
