It's a track from Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed representing the Golden Axe series.

It is the Death Adder house that takes place in a devilish valley with an active volcano and at every turn parts of the track are destroyed, changing its layout. The track begins as boat on a river of lava. When they go ashore, snakes appearing in ancient ruins surrounding a statue of Death Adder. At the end of the track they return to the river of lava over a waterfall across the valley where it all starts. The music is a remix of The Wilderness of Golden Axe.
