About your hack
The hack you uploaded, File:Sonic 2 losses in lost galaxy (OE)II (2017).zip, appears to have a few issues:
- There is no associated hack page. You need to create a page to show off the features of your ROM. For an example, see Sonic the Hedgehog Megamix.
- The ZIP file contains two hacks for seemingly no reason.
- The ZIP file also contains 15 screenshots, which have two major problems: They're in BMP format, and they're 640x480. Mega Drive screenshots should be 320x240 (or 320x224) and in PNG format. See Sonic Retro:Screenshots for more information.
- The file "sonic 2 losses in lost galaxy (OE)II.BIN" seems to have a broken Windows executable pasted to the end of it, along with build commands for an old version of VisualBoy Advance using an ancient compiler toolchain.
The hack also doesn't appear to meet the Sonic Retro:Hack Policy. It seems like it's a bunch of quickly thrown-together level edits using an obsolete level editor, e.g. Esrael Sonic Editor II.
