The Tokyo-To area in Sonic & Sega All-Stars Racing take place in the city from Jet Set Radio.
- Shibuya Downtown - This course starts on a highway, splitting the road high and low, and then goes up a scaffolding held by a docked ship, which leads to the highway once again.
- Rokkaku Hill - A course that takes place in an intercity highway which leads to scaffolding held by cranes. The scaffolding goes to the train system, which leads back underground to return to the Start.
- Highway Zero - An above ground course, which has huge jumps between major sections of the track. Beware of the medians, as they are hard to see and will stop you dead!
Shibuya Downtown also appears in Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed as the second track of the Classic Cup with a few modifications.
