Xkeeper's IRC bot, set up to send wiki and forum updates to #reporting.

For a short while, Metal_Man88's robot echoed its wiki updates in #retro. It has since been replaced by Sheena.

There have been a few requests for feature ideas, but so far very little has come out of it.
