Mecha Green Hill Zone

Zone descriptions
There are some translations of the Zone descriptions from the Japanese manual here. It confirms that this Zone is indeed the real Green Hill, but mechanized. It would be beneficial to have these blurbs on each Zone's wiki page. I'm guessing the Retro standard is to get permission first?
