StealthPatch

StealthPatch is a standard IPS patch creator/applier created by Stealth that uses a Windows interface for selecting files. It can also manage patches for files when the clean file and altered file are of different sizes, as it gives you the option to add the extended data to the patch or a separate file when creating, and asks whether there is any extended data that needs to be used when applying.
