Sonic the Hedgehog is an early childhood educational cartridge for the Didj handheld game console. The objective of the game is to destroy Robotniks machines and rescue Sonics friends which are contained within. There are four levels total with plenty of rings scattered within. The game requires players to spell words to proceed in the game. Over 10,000 spelling words are available as well as downloadable custom spelling lists. Levels are themed after Emerald Hill Zone, Hydrocity Zone, Scrap Brain Zone, and Chemical Plant Zone.
