Of all console versions of Sonic Heroes, the Nintendo GameCube version is the only one to feature a pulsing button icon next to the "Press START" prompt, in addition to a "Licensed by NINTENDO" string in the top-right corner. The Windows PC version also has an updated 2004 copyright date.
