Sonic Advance Editor

Sonic Advance Editor (or SAE) is a general Sonic Advance level editor by JoseTB. As of v.0.1, the utility supports the American, European and Japanese versions of Sonic Advance with a palette and tileset viewer and the ability to edit BG1 and BG2 layers.
Support for BG3 and compatibility with Sonic Advance 2 and Sonic Advance 3 are planned, along with a collision viewer and editor, palette editor, tile editor and metatile editor.
Note that the program runs on .NET framework, with v.3.5 recommended.
