Rabibin (ラビビーン)[1] is a variety of Badnik created by Dr. Eggman, encountered by Sonic or Tails in Sonic the Hedgehog Triple Trouble.
Overview
Encountered only in Meta Junglira Zone, these hopping robots are loosely based on rabbits, sporting a pair of rabbit ears and a single mechanical foot to hop around on. They tend to leap forward off of tree trunks into the player's path, taking a brief moment inbetween jumps; they can be dispatched with a standard Spin Attack.
Like other robots in 8-bit Sonic games, no animal friends pop out of Rabibins when they are destroyed. Whether these Badniks canonically don't contain organic batteries, or the escaping critters simply aren't shown due to programming limitations, is not known.
