Phoebius is a French scener who has been in the Sonic Community since 2003. He is a talented pixel artist, known for his ability to create classic Sonic-styled level with great efficiency and quality.

Throughout his time in the scene, he has participated in various projects, such as Sonic 4 (GBA), a custom Sonic game collaboration with Brunni for the Game Boy Advance, consisting of original levels as well as levels from existing Sonic games. Though this project is now scrapped, its remains are being used in Project Sonic Retro, a collaborative effort to create a potential view of a fourth installment of the Sonic the Hedgehog series.

Being French, his English is not perfect; this becomes evident as he believes some of his posts are hard to understand (though most people don't see a problem with them).
