Formerly known as Chaos, Magus is well-respected in the scene. After much turmoil, he was planned to be the new SSRG head before Andy Wolan got wind of his peace agreement with Sonic CulT, when the idea was shot down.

He is the creator and maintainer of the KENS library of decompression routines, and is the maker of The Sega Data Compressor.
