Caren Manuel (sometimes credited as Kathleen Delaney) is an American voice actress who works on the properties of 4Kids Entertainment.

She is best known for voicing Rouge the Bat on Sonic X. She also voices Rouge on the video games Shadow the Hedgehog, and Sonic Riders which as caused an upset in the Sonic scene.
