Jim Cummings (born in 1952) is a prolific American voice actor. Among many other roles he provided the voice of Winnie the Pooh in The New Adventures of Winnie the Pooh (and pretty much everything since), Taz in Taz-mania and current Looney Tunes, Dr. Robotnik in Sonic the Hedgehog (and also voices Robotnik, Scratch, among other characters in the pilot episode of Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog, Darkwing Duck in Darkwing Duck, Bonkers D. Bobcat in Raw Toonage and Bonkers, Razoul in Aladdin, Ed the hyena in The Lion King, Cat in CatDog, and half the regular characters in Chip 'n Dale Rescue Rangers. He also played an antagonist inspired by Dr. Eggman named Lord Boxman in OK K.O.! Let's Be Heroes, including in the crossover episode "Let's Meet Sonic" where he made several references to the DiC Sonic shows.
