Franz is a pretty cool dude who has lurked in the Sonic CulT forums since forever, although no one ever heard about him.

He's also pretty lame for making an article for himself and talking in the third person.

He is an operator at the IRC for Hidden Palace, which is #protos at either irc.drx.pl, BadnikNET, or CulTNET.
