ChibiGoku is an older member of the Sonic community and is not often fondly remembered. Back from 2001 till early 2004, he was regarded as one of the most annoying members of the community. His antics included making pointless topics, lacking the ability to form proper sentences, annoying countless members, and dodging bans. This behavior was not just restricted to the general Sonic community, but was also found in other website communities, including anime forums.

These days, ChibiGoku is a rather relaxed, infrequent poster. While he laments upon his former antics, many regard him as legitimately reformed, and a respected member of the scene. He has extensive knowledge of Japanese culture, allowing him to dig up obscure materials that would be otherwise hard to find. Such examples include differences in the Japanese version of Tomba!, as well as information on the future of Sonic X.

He occasionally visits the Sonic Retro IRC channel, and frequently participates in community Skype conferences.
